When “fine” no longer feels like enough
Therapy for adults who feel disconnected and want a more aligned, intentional life
Finding your way back to yourself
You may be here because something doesn’t feel quite right. You’ve worked hard to build a stable career, find a partner, and develop meaningful friendships—and yet you still find yourself wondering, Why don’t I feel more content?
That quiet dissatisfaction can show up as burnout, restlessness, anxiety, dull relationships, or a sense of moving through life on autopilot. Therapy with me can be a space to slow down and explore what that gentle nudge of discontentment is asking of you.
Together, we make space for deeper self-understanding—and from there—opportunity for meaningful change. When you begin living in greater alignment with yourself, life tends to feel steadier, clearer, and more intentional.
Who I work best with
My clients tend to be thoughtful, self-aware adults who look successful from the outside but feel quietly disconnected from what they actually want. Many are navigating career pivots, identity questions, or the gap between the life they've built and the life they imagined.
What working together looks like
We’ll meet in person or via telehealth at a frequency that feels supportive and sustainable. Our sessions will be 50 minutes in length. First, I’ll spend time getting to know you and understand what brings you in. From there, we’ll set goals and continue to check in on those as we meet.
Getting Started
Some sessions may feel reflective and exploratory; others may be more focused and practical. I’ll draw from my formal training as well as life experience in a way that feels relatable and approachable. I may also suggest podcasts, articles, or other resources that support our work and deepen your insight between sessions.
The Process
From me you can expect my full presence, sincerity, and compassionate feedback. I will walk alongside you as we work through what may be keeping you stuck and what meaningful, lasting change could look like. We’ll discuss tangible actions that you can take and routinely evaluate whats working and what needs to change.

About me
I’m a licensed professional counselor associate (LPCA) in Kentucky with four years of experience working as a therapist with adult individuals. My work centers on helping high-functioning, thoughtful people slow down and reconnect with what they actually want — not just what they’ve been taught to pursue.
